                        ACADEMIC LICENSE AGREEMENT
                             for the use of 
                    GeneSilico MetaDisorder webservice

The GeneSilico MetaDisorder webservice is available only for academic users and 
cannot be used for commercial purpose.

Therfore, by using Metadisorder, I hereby certify and accept that:

    1. I am an academic user at an academic research institution. In using the
       webservice, I will respect the interests of the  Authors (Lukasz P. Kozlowski
       and Janusz M. Bujnicki) and the International Institute of Molecular and 
       Cell Biology in Warsaw (IIMCB).       
       
    2. There is no warranty or other guarantee of fitness of the predictions 
       made using MetaDisorder service. It is provided solely "as is". The Author 
       disclaims all responsibility and liability with respect to the webservice 
       usage or its effect on research conclussions. The Author has no obligation 
       to provide support or help with the running the webservice and with the
       interpretation of results.
       
    3. I will not use the webservice in commercial activities. Incorporation of
       the webservice into a commercial Web site or other fee paying service is
       not allowed.

    4. I will acknowledge the program authors on any publication of scientific 
       results based in part on use of MetaDisorder webservice and cite the article 
       in which the program was described:

    5. I will report evidence of webservice bugs to the Author.
