Performance plots


  1. Comparison of performance of Multilign(seed) and ProbKnot. Positive Predictive Value (PPV) is plotted against sensitivity. Each dot represents a single test of each method. See tables below for raw data (individual counts for Multilign(seed) and ProbKnot).
