Performance plots


  1. Comparison of performance of PPfold(seed) and PknotsRG. Positive Predictive Value (PPV) is plotted against sensitivity. Each dot represents a single test of each method. See tables below for raw data (individual counts for PPfold(seed) and PknotsRG).
