  1. Comparison of performance of CentroidAlifold(seed) and RNAshapes. Positive Predictive Value (PPV) is plotted against sensitivity. Each dot represents a single test of each method. See tables below for raw data (individual counts for CentroidAlifold(seed) and RNAshapes).
