List of protein disorder predictors

List of programs for predicition of intrinsically unstructured proteins (protein disorder)

As of October 2012, over 60 methods for computational prediction of protein disorder from sequence have been made publicly available. Here, we report ~ 40 methods, which we have tested (it means that we were able to run them and they returned protein disorder prediction). Methods which are no longer available (url is dead, servers did not respond, etc.) are in grey. Note, that some of programs are presented here as one method, while actually they are can be viewed as two or more different versions (eg. POODLE-L, POODLE-S, IUPred with long and short option, etc.).

You can run by one click over 10 listed below methods by running our metaDisorder Predictor (Submit sequence)
