Edges are colored according to the reaction type:

  • Involving only H and/or O atoms
  • Group exchange
  • Addition of miscellaneous groups involving C atoms
  • Group removal
  • Nucleotidyl group transfer
  • reactions involving a glycosyl bond
  • Other reactions
  • Methylation
  • Putative

Layout Method:

  • With your mouse,drag the nodes around or zoom with the mouse wheel

  • It's possible to select two graph layouts, hierarchical or netowrk graph

  • The options allows the user to change the arch roundness or move, zoom and reposition the graph

  • An image of the graph can be saved by right clickin on the picture and "Save Image"

  • The reset button allows to reset the graph.
