Comments:

Reaction preQ0(b):preQ0 do not occur under physiological conditions, because normally all preQ0(b) is converted to preQ1(b) by QueF. Do not exist in S. cerevisiae, exist in other yeast (Tgt, O94460, GI20514973, SPAC1687.19c). Structure in complex with tRNA was solved for Tgt enzyme from Zymomonas mobilis (1Q2R).
